Community
Many of the people using our offices are starting or already own their own business. Our environment offers an opportunity to network and share resources with other people facing similar challenges.
The Space
North Star Offices has nine private offices, a coworking space with four desks available on a drop-in basis, a large 10-12 person conference room, and a waiting area. Both suites are lined by windows that look out onto the trees along the Sammamish River Trail. Each suite also has a coffee maker, a microwave, a water cooler, and a small refrigerator.
Office Equipment
The private offices, coworking space, and conference room are all fully furnished with new furniture. We have a laser printer/copy machine as well as a shredder.
Internet Access
Free Internet Access is included with all of our leases, including the virtual office plans and the conference room.
Lease Lengths
We offer month-to-month leases.
Facilities
Parking, janitorial, and utilities are all included in the rental price.
Storage
There is locked storage available for personal items, papers, and other necessities for an additional $30/month.
Location
North Star Offices is located at 15600 Redmond Way, Suites 101 & 201, in Redmond, WA. We're less than 10 minutes from both 520 and 405. We have great access from anywhere on the Eastside, including Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, and Woodinville.
A short walk from our office takes you to Starbucks, Staples (with a fully equipped copy and mail center), Ben Franklin Arts and Crafts store, a QFC, and some restaurants. There are also a large number of shops and restaurants in downtown Redmond and nearby Redmond Town Center. The Sammamish River Trail is just outside our windows, with easy access to Marymoor Park.
