Using the NSO Online Calendar

You can use our online calendar to sign up for additional time in one of the private offices.  We charge an hourly rate of $25 for the private offices.

To get to the online calendar, to go, click on the Members Only button at the bottom of the page, and enter your user name and password.  Then click the link to the online calendar to view private office availability, and to schedule your meeting.  You donít need to log in again once you get to the calendar page.

To schedule your meeting, find the date on the calendar, and then click an empty time-slot in the office youíd like to use.  The dialog box that appears will let you name your meeting and set details about the length of the meeting, as well as set up a recurring meeting.  If you include your name in the title of the meeting, itís easiest for us to see who is using which office when.  You can also choose to include your email address in your meeting details.  This will allow other NSO members to contact you about possible schedule conflicts.  Similarly, you can contact other NSO members by clicking on an existing meeting; if an email address was included when the meeting was scheduled, you can use it to contact someone else who may be able to trade timeslots with you. 

Conference Room Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice for cancelation of your reservation. If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours ahead of time, you will be charged full price for your reservation.
